Winterhearted 10 by Kechake-stock

_{It was freezing outside (lovely Estonian weather indeed) and there were only the 4 of us - me, the model Johanna and my two friends who helped a lot with putting up a fire in that abandoned house where we had this fantastic photoshoot.

Makeup, hair, clothes etc by me.

The violin was cheap and bought from eBay. It makes only awful sounds but at least looks pretty!

Very pretty, but... It'd be much nicer if the left hand was actually positioned right. -.- As a violinist that will and is keeping me from enjoying it. You have it right except for the fact that her wrist is touching the violin - it should not. As a beginner I did that. XD Looks good otherwise.

it's a bit sad that you decide to dig out something from three years ago that was shot purely for the purpose of stock, so that other artists can use it in their photomanipulations and drawing/painting references, without any real intention to photograph the girl like a real violinist, but rather something that has good composition and lighting. i know that you can't actually play the violin like that and i'm definitely not going to re-shoot the series this winter just to get the tiny details right. if you're a visual artist and really need to use it as a reference, you can easily draw the hand in a correct position or just use some other stock. thank you.

Thank you for the sarcastism when I genuinely tried to be helpful. I merely wanted to point out that to real violinists like myself, the stock would be exceptional were it not for one flaw that is very irritating to the eye.

This is such a pretty picture but her posture of holding the violin is all wrong. The instrument should be parallel to the ground, her left hand shouldn't be touching the violin and her right hand should at least closely resemble a "C". I guess nobody in the crew knows how to play the violin, huh?

_{Yeh and I asked her to hold it wrong for a better composition, because the violin forms a dark cross in the center point of attention and thus making it more pleasing to the eye. Both I and the model have played violin and we know how to hold the instrument the correct way.}

yet again i love it but i have been playing violin my whole life and the way she is holding is is soooo wrong and same with her posture, it just bothers me haha i think i must be OCD haha!!

sorry dude all(4) the clicks are good but incomplete that according to me in one click I cant look into her eyes, in another I cant see her proper posture, and another one doesnt even show any skin or structure of the face at all.
